Davis Lake

  • Description
Lake Davis located in Eastern Plumas County in Northern California is a crystal clear lake surrounded by mountains offering fishing, hiking, skiing, camping and other kinds of recreational activities.

Lake Davis has excellent trophy rainbow waters. Fly-fishing from the west shorelines, either wading or using float tubes, is good both spring and fall. Damsel, fly nymphs or dry flies are usually a good bet. Trolling often works well.

Lake Davis was treated by the Department of Fish and Game in October 1997 to eliminate non-native northern pike. The lake was restocked to return the lake to its trophy status.

Lake Davis has homes available in all price ranges; from starter homes in the mountains to the most luxurious estates.
