Woodward Reservoir

  • Description
    Woodward Reservoir is located approximately 10 miles north of Oakdale in rolling grassy Stanislaus County foothills. The lake has a shoreline of 23 miles with many coves and inlets. There are 195 improved camping sites suitable for both tents and RV's as well as over 1,000 acres for primitive camping. All boating is permitted as well as jet skis, water skiing, and swimming. There are improved launching facilities, full service marina, and boat rentals available at the lake as well as groceries, bait, tackle, and gasoline.
