Turlock lake is located approximately 22 miles east of Modesto. The lake has 27 miles of shoreline. There is one campground located at the lake accommodating both tents and RV's to 27 feet; reservations recommended. All boating is permitted as well as jet-skis, water-skiing, and swimming with improved launch facilities and a full service marina available.
