Pinecrest Lake

  • Description
    Pinecrest Lake is located approximately 35 miles northeast of Sonora in the beautiful Stanislaus National Forest. Pinecrest has approximately 4 miles of tree covered shoreline. Numerous camping facilities are located near the lake suitable for tents, RV's, and group camping. Power boats are permitted with a speed restriction of 20 mph; no water-skiing or jet-skis, however, swimming is allowed in designated areas. The Lake has a full service marina with rentals and improved launching facilities. Pinecrest Resort located near the lake has a restaurant, grocery store, bait, tackle, cabin rentals, and fuel.
