Description
Modesto Reservoir is located approximately 20 miles northeast of Modesto. The lake has 31 miles of pasture shoreline. Camping is limited to one improved campground with 90 sites suitable for both tents and RV's, however, primitive camping is unlimited and overnight boat camping is permitted. All boating is allowed as well as jet skis, water skiing, and swimming. Full service marina, improved launch ramps, and rentals are available. Bait, tackle, groceries, hot showers, and fuel are available.
