Description
Hell Hole
Reservoir is located approximately 75 miles northeast of Auburn in
the beautiful El Dorado National Forest. The lake is surrounded by a
rugged rocky shoreline. Camping facilities are available suitable
for both tents and RV's just two miles from the lake with tent
camping only permitted at the lake; boat-in camping available (no
reservations accepted). All boating is permitted as well as
water skiing and swimming; improved launching facilities available.
