Description
Cherry Lake is
located east of Sonora in the rugged back country of the Stanislaus
National Forest. The lake is surrounded by a heavily timbered pine
and cedar shoreline. There is one campground located at the lake
with 46 sites suitable for both tents and RV's; boat camping allowed
on the east side of the lake. All boating is permitted as well as
water-skiing and swimming.
