SACRAMENTO RIVER KING SALMON- Anderson, CA
Sacramento River water flow is currently at 7,000
CFS. Sacramento River Salmon Fishing for kings is good. Limits are
common now . . Salmon fishing currently catching eight to ten fish
days. Salmon fishing the Anderson area now, seeing limits.
Watch for the Sacramento River King to be better shape as
November and December roll around, with the rain will come new,
bright fish .We should see these months produce even bigger kings
and awesome king salmon fishing. All king salmon being caught
using Flatfish lures, T-50's , Chrome, in color, with a sardine
wrap.
All King Salmon are 20 pounds average, big salmon this year.
Limit on the Sacramento River Salmon fishing is 2 salmon per angler.
SACRAMENTO RIVER- WILD RAINBOW TROUT- Redding, CA The
lower Sacramento River fishing report, in Redding, CA is as follows;
Water flow is 7,000 CFS . Fishing for Rainbows is good. Fly
fishing Sacramento River drifting from Redding to Anderson . Most
days producing 15-20 fish days, average size from 12-18 inches,
drifting late afternoon , evenings. Using Pheasant Tail #16, Fox’s
Poophas, and Egg patterns.
